We were so happy to come together this year for our first Wag, Woof, and Wine Gala since 2019. It was a fantastic evening made possible by our amazing attendees, sponsors, volunteers, and all of the local businesses who donated auction items. A Big Thank You to Lisa Tatosian for Chairing the Gala Committee! She and her Gala Committee members added so many special touches and worked tirelessly to make the evening fun and memorable. Mike Bagley (michaelbagleyphoto.com) is responsible for the gorgeous portrait shots of so many of the ANCAR adoptable dogs. Seen here with Hannah and Howie, Mike generously donates his time and incredible talents to help shine a light on the beauty of our dogs. We are so grateful!

A huge thank you to Lizzie, Charlotte, & Katherine for raising awareness, funds and supplies! They are 8th grade students in CT who focused their service project for school on ANCAR, and as part of it they set up a fundraising table at the Ridgefield Pet Valu. They are all dedicated dog lovers, and Lizzie and her family are fostering sweet Luka.

A HUGE thanks to Joelle Cohen for everything she does for ANCAR! She is a wonderful foster mom, a tireless volunteer and a funny and creative social media maven. Joelle just organized all the dogs and firefighters for the photo shoot for our 2019 “Hounds and Heroes” calendar! Here she is getting her favorite kind of thanks.
