Hi! I’m Twix, and I’m a lovable 60 pound 1 year old Dalmatian/Lab mix. My foster family says I’m a playful goofball and a very smart boy. I know lots of commands like sit, down, stay, come, paw, and touch. I’m also house trained. I’m still very much a puppy, so I hope to find a forever family that will help me continue my training. I’m a good leash walker, but I also love running around and playing off leash, so a fenced in yard is definitely on my wish list.
My two favorite things in the world are playing and food. I love to play with toys and having play dates with other dogs. I have 3 foster dog siblings right now, so I could be in a home with another dog but I love to be the center of attention too. If you like to snuggle, I’m your guy! I love to snuggle with my humans on the couch. After some morning play time and a walk, I spend the day napping or playing with toys while my foster parents work from home.
I can be nervous when meeting new people or going to new places, but treats and positive attention help me get comfortable quickly. Because I’m a big boy and have teenage puppy energy, I would do best in a home without small children. I can’t wait to meet my forever family!
