Hello, my name is Scarlet and I am an adorable 3-year-old Chihuahua/Papillon mix. I may be small in size, weighing only 14 pounds, but I have a big personality and a lot of love to give. I am good with other dogs, but I can be a bit timid in new situations so a more calm dog friend would be best. I would do best in a calm and quiet home with an experienced dog owner who can help me come out of my shell. I would not be a good fit for a home with young children. I need a patient and loving family who can give me the time and attention I need to fully open up and trust. As soon as I get to know you I am such a loyal and loving companion!
