Magnificent Mildred, (affectionately ‘Millie’), is an especially lucky pup! Found blind and abandoned on a southern country road, ‘Silly Milly,’ as her foster mom calls her, found her way into the hearts of her rescuers, and all the way north to the home of her caring foster family where she’s patiently awaiting to be adopted by a loving furever family!
