Kathy is a sweet little 3 year old, 9 pound Shih Tzu who has a beautiful and soft, perfect coat. She is scared and nervous right now, and she needs someone who understands that trust cannot be rushed. Kathy isn’t going to be the dog who runs into your arms on day one.
