Meet Jaylan! Jaylan is an adorable 5 year old mini Poodle who is simply a small bundle of love at 10 pounds. His previous owner is an army veteran who loved him very much. But unfortunately she fell on hard times and is unable to care for him so he’s looking for a new family to love. Despite the loss of his home, Jaylan remains sweet and affectionate and just wants to spend time with his people. His favorite activities include cuddling on the couch or in bed and running around playing in the yard. He is a very affectionate dog and is learning to adapt to change pretty quickly. All he wants is a warm home with people who will care for him forever. Jaylan is non-shedding, walks well on a leash and is house trained as long as he is kept on a schedule. And did we mention his good looks?! We’ve added a before picture so you can see his curls. He needed to be groomed a little short, but you can imagine what this handsome man will look like when those curls grow back!
Jaylan would do best in a home with another dog or someone who is home most of the time since he does have some anxiety. Can’t blame him…this poor guy has been through a lot of change. If you’re looking for a small and extremely affectionate dog, and you have the patience to allow him to settle in- Jaylan just might be the dog for you.
