Jade is a precious 14 week old Spaniel/Retriever mix. Weighing 22 lbs now, we anticipate she will be around 50-60 lbs fully grown. This darling is an absolute delight! From her soft coat to her loving nature, Jade is a special girl. She has acclimated beautifully to her foster home and comes out of her shell more and more each day. It takes her a bit to warm up to new people, but once she does, she quietly seeks out love from her humans.
Due to her initial shyness, she would prefer a home without young children. She absolutely ADORES the other dogs in her foster home and enjoys following them around. She would love a canine companion in her forever home, but it’s not necessary.
Jade is crate trained, housetrained if kept on a schedule, comes when called, and is working on basic commands and leash training. She loves her toys and is great about pulling things out of the toy box to play with. When she’s tuckered out, she curls into a little ball and snuggles up in her bed. As far as teething puppies go, she is not bad at all and not mouthy or jumpy with people. This girl is going to make a lucky family VERY happy!
