Dixie Belle is a beautiful English Springer Spaniel mix, about 10 years old and 37 lbs. She’s a gentle, sweet & loving dog that loves all the cuddles she can get! Her favorite spot is on your lap where she can completely relax with you. She has a big appetite and sleeps easily through the night. This lil’ lady loves being around people and is very quiet and laid back. Dixie Belle is housetrained, walks well on the leash, and is well past her puppy stage. She is great with other dogs and cats and is a very easy going girl. This poor angel was rescued out of a pond and had a very difficult life before coming into our care. She will light up your world instantly!
Dixie Belle is blind and deaf but gets around pretty well. She does have elbow dysplasia and arthritis, so she is in need of an adult home and extra care such as guiding her outside and picking her up on staircases. This special girl deserves only the best, so we are looking for a special adoptive home or forever foster for her to spend the rest of her life being spoiled like the princess she is.
