Hey there, I’m Buddy, a 101-pound Bernedoodle who thinks he’s a lap dog—seriously, I’ll try my best to fit! At 4 years old, I’ve seen some tough times, but I’ve never let it break my spirit. I love people, other dogs, and I’m curious about cats (not sure if they love me back yet). I ride great in the car, so if you need a road trip buddy, I’m your guy! I know how to sit like a good boy, and I’m house-trained, which means I’m already off to a great start in learning good manners. I do pull a little on the leash at first, but once we get moving, I settle in just fine. Honestly, I’m so eager to explore the world now that I finally have the chance! I’m smart and ready to learn, so with a little guidance, I’ll be the perfect walking companion in no time. My life hasn’t always been easy—I spent my early years stuck inside, then tied up outside until the rescue saved me. When they found me, I was in rough shape, with painful ear infections and bad eyes, but even then, I just wanted love. Now, my eyes are all fixed, and I’m ready to see the world with a forever family by my side.
