Percy came to us from a special prison training program down South. He was pulled from a shelter and paired with an inmate who helped teach him basic commands, social skills, leash manners, and what it means to be a well-mannered companion. Percy graduated from the program with flying colors—and now he’s ready for the next chapter: a forever home! He is wonderful with people, great with other dogs, and walks nicely on leash. He’s the perfect combination of playful and well-mannered, with that classic Lab personality that makes you want to take him everywhere with you. Percy has already put in the work and learned so much. Now all he needs is someone to show him just how wonderful life outside the shelter can be.
