Little girl Lottie—whose name means “free”—truly reflects her free spirit. Even so young and small at 3 months and 7 pounds, she is already acting like a Chihuahua/Terrier mix big girl. She has this wonderful quality when playing with her siblings, Leon and Letty. She absolutely loves toys, and her pure happiness is clear when she is playing safely in a cool room. She even gives her siblings sweet kisses when she gets excited. Out of the three puppies, Lottie is the middle child. While she is not quite as brave as her tiny sister, she is braver than her bigger brother. In fact, she is helping him realize that exploring and letting their foster mother pet and hold them isn’t so scary. Although she is initially fearful, a sense of relaxation takes over once she is held; she stops shaking and closes her eyes with relief.
Since she is new to living with humans, she will need patience and understanding. She would also benefit greatly from living with another dog or two to help her continue her journey toward becoming a confident, beautiful dog, we know she will be.
