Hello, my name is Loki. I am a very handsome three year-old Siberian Husky weighing in around 52 pounds. I recently came to New York from North Carolina where I was surrendered by my owner to the local shelter. Unfortunately, my family was moving and for whatever reason, they couldn’t take me with them. Of course this made me sad, but I’m looking forward to finding a new family to make memories with.
I’m very grateful for my last family teaching me so many things, like how to go to the bathroom outside, how to sleep in a crate, basic commands, and how to make friends with other animals. I enjoy being around other dogs and I am even friendly with cats! I’m just an all-around friendly guy. You will notice it right off the bat as soon as we meet because I will lean myself up against you. I’m basically asking to be pet and to be loved. So far, I have not met one person I don’t like. I’m just an all-around happy guy who is looking for someone to give me good exercise in a nice stable, forever home.
