Hey there, I’m Barney — a 2.5-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix, about 70 pounds, with a big body and a very soft heart. I’m an extremely gentle, sweet, and submissive guy who’s still figuring out that the world can be kind. I started out pretty timid, but I’m learning that there are good people out there. Now I’ll even come over to seek out attention. I’m good on leash and also great with other dogs. Everyone who spends time with me says they can see how special I am and how much I’m going to blossom in the right home. I’m like a shy flower that just needs a little sun, patience, and love to fully open up.
